Kris Berg asked for no comments on her latest Bloodhound post. And I’ll certainly respect that request. But I HAD to say something about it….

It’s pure dead brilliant.

.

(Pure dead brilliant being a term I borrowed from my Scottish pal Lindsay Waters. According to Wikipedia – “Pure Dead Brilliant is generally used to describe something that is extraordinarily special”. Seems fitting…)

Ah, shucks Jay. Not brilliant, just inspired. By the way, I do not consider trackbacks to be comments (in the strictest sense), so thank you for being a renegade. I just wanted to avoid more of the same horse-hooey that started this whole fiasco.

“Inspired” certainly, but I’m sticking with “brilliant”. And as I put in the Technorati tags, it is (in my humble opinion) indeed one of the Top 10 All Time Blog Posts. (The other nine being scattered about this very blog of course :) )

I didn’t even think about the trackback showing up in the comments. Sorry. I was *compelled* to say something, so I came home to say it.

“Renegade” — I love it! You should have seen some of the things I was called and accused of on the Housing Panic blog during “the fiasco”…

It was brilliant.

I sure wouldn’t be commenting on the post…I laughed that the track backs confused some or maybe they just really, really wanted to get their comments in….

Thanks for pointing it out Jay.

Jay,
I’m glad I popped in to your blog and was able to read Kris’ entry on her blog. I don’t know what horse hooey started this fiasco that she speaks of, but i thought her response was one of the best of it’s kind. As you stated “brilliant”.
