A big Phoenix Real Estate Guy welcome goes out to The San Diego Home Blog! Kris and Steve Berg pen a wonderful blog, chocked full of great stuff. They’re a couple of witty, articulate and bright writers. Kris appears to do most of the blogging, but that’s probably because Steve is always off hiking the High Sierra’s.

In addition to Kris and Steve’s great posts, they also have a couple of other contributing agents, a lender and a “Consumer-At-Large” that chime in from time to time.

Running on my favorite blog platform, the San Diego Home Blog is simply a great read. I like these guys philosophy and attitude. They aren’t afraid to say exactly what they think.

I was going to put up a link to my favorite entry, but I couldn’t come up with only one. Just go check it out. It’ll be worth the trip…

I couldn’t agree more. These guys are the real deal. And they’re working in America’s Finest City. :-)

Thanks for pointing them out. I just headed over and loving what I found. Adding them to the feedreader to make sure I don’t miss a thing.

Thanks so much, Real Estate Guy! I have been reading your blog forever and am honored to
be included in your Blogroll. I have returned the favor – Something I should have done
a long time ago. And, yes, Steve spends way too much time in the mountains. My blogging
obsession could have something to do with that. :)

By the way, Jeff (my fellow San Diegan), do you ever sleep? You are EVERYWHERE! :)

Real Estate Guy: I don’t spend nearly as much time in the Sierra’s
as I would like. It’s just that Kris is so full of Blog’s that I
may as well get out of her way. But this weekend, as part of her
47th Birthday package (she will appreciate that I revealed this),
I’m sending her to our little cabin in the San Bernardino Mtn’s.
WITHOUT her laptop. It’s part of my “Bloggers Anonymous” 12-step
program to try to wean her away from this addiction.

Thanks for the prop’s, though. We appreciate it.

P.S. – Really enjoyed your well-researched comparison of the
amount of education required for hair stylists, manicurists, etc.
vs. real estate agents. What are those silly State licensing
officals thinking?? I think my hair stylist should have much more
education before being licensed to hold a scissor so close to my
head.

Kris & Steve –

Thanks for adding me to your blogroll! Certainly not required, but definitely appreciated.

And an early Happy Birthday to Kris!! (I would have guessed 32…) Enjoy the weekend in the cabin. Steve, make sure she leaves the laptop at home, and check her pockets for any other electronic devices that could tap into the internet.

Don’t get me started on the licensing thing again. It peeves me to no end that the lady that does Francy’s nails is required to have more education than someone who is so critical in the exchange of what is most peoples single largest asset.

As an aside, I do believe I’ve finally fixed the “stretching off the screen” comment box problem I’ve had forever!

I may not be coming home at all now that I see Steve takes great joy in sharing my age with the world. Just what you would expect from a 54 year old. Now we’re even!

P.S. My laptop is loaded in the car. Gotta love Broadband!
