Hey Jay, I am thoroughly envious of your already having inplemented the new plugin from Diverse Solutions. I singed up for the Beta testing of it. Have you had many problems with bugs in it and how difficult is it to get it up and going? Anyways have a very Merry Christmas.

It looks like your market is rolling. If some price appreciation happens confidence may build.
I think we are turning around, 2010 will be another year of cleaning out the inventory.
Yes, NYC is unbelievable!

Ugh. I was hoping for better statistics for Arizona. Looks like there are more active listings and less pending listings. The days inventory creeping up and months supply quite a bit up. Appreciation down and dollar volume down. Any good news? Los Angeles real estate not doing much better.
