Jay, your "About the Author" section cracks me up. I appreciate you posting all these listings as I am in the market for a new place in Phoenix. I am glad to see that new ones are posted every 2 hours. I'll make sure to check back!

You have that many active listings at any given time? I'm starting to feel like the Antelope Valley is really small. The houses look kind of similar to here though. I just looked up Houston and it's the fourth largest city in America. I guess that answers my question.

Ugh. I was hoping for better statistics for Arizona. Looks like there are more active listings and less pending listings. The days inventory creeping up and months supply quite a bit up. Appreciation down and dollar volume down. Any good news? Los Angeles real estate not doing much better.

Jay:
It looks like your market is rolling. If some price appreciation happens confidence may build.
I think we are turning around, 2010 will be another year of cleaning out the inventory.
Yes, NYC is unbelievable!

Hey Jay, I am thoroughly envious of your already having inplemented the new plugin from Diverse Solutions. I singed up for the Beta testing of it. Have you had many problems with bugs in it and how difficult is it to get it up and going? Anyways have a very Merry Christmas.
