About this page:
In the (ridiculously long) column to your left, you’ll see virtually every zip code in the Phoenix metro area. Click on one and you will be taken to a page displaying the 25 most recent home listings in that zip code. You can actually see ALL the listings in a particular zip code by using the navigation within that page.
If you see no listings for a particular zip code, that means there are not currently any residential listings in that zip code (it could well be a commercial area). We’ll get those cleaned up.
Of note, this data is only as accurate as what is entered by the listing agent. It is possible that some homes may show up in the wrong zip code due to data entry error. As always, it’s important to check with your agent. If you don’t have an agent, well, you know who you can call.

Hey Jay, I’m going with DS and about to start setting up the idxpress plugin. Looks like all your zips are inactive here. Are you still using the plugin?
Brad – we’re still using the plugin, but there seems to be some sort of glitch on the Diverse Solutions side. Several sites I’ve checked here and across the country are showing the same problem…. They’re quite good at getting on issues quickly.
Hi Jay,
I’m a San Antonio real estate agent … and just perusing some listing in AZ to see what Phoenix has to offer …. was wondering what the “Walk Score” was?
Thanks
