Homes (Data includes Single Family Homes, condo/Townhomes, 2 – 4plex, mobile/mfg and timeshares):

(As of June 2 at 8:58am)

Current Active Listings: 41,520 (35,073 SFH’s)
Active With Contingencies (AWC): 925 (what does AWC mean?)
Pending: 5,954
Sold (May 1 – May 31): 6,148

Land:
Active: 8,943
AWC: 92
Pending: 596
Sold (5/1 – 5/31): 530

Most expensive current listing: $15,000,000 (looks like the $19,900,000 listing that’s been tops for months is now under contract. Won’t know the actual sales price until it closes. It was on the market 630ish days…)

There was also a $10.2 million dollar home that was listed in May and went under contract in May. Some agent is doing the happy dance!

Number of homes listed over $10,000,000 = 10 + 1 AWC
