But I can assure you, having met MANY vendors in the real estate space that he is one of the good guys. I don't pay Diverse Solutions for their spelling and grammar, I pay them to provide a rich IDX experience for my users. And that they do, better than anyone I've found. Also, it's pretty alarming when two people state that they received no response to their inquiries from the company...not a good sign when one considers what the relationship will be once the credit card has been authorized. I like that much better than the others I've seen and even used in the past. The biggest thing lacking in realty is the use of modern web technologies so it's good to see you've got a lot of that functionality now. I still don't like they fact they iframe the data in, I really wish they'd supply an API to just pull the info onto your site but it's a great start and like I mentioned, a lot better than what I've seen in the past.
