But I can assure you, having met MANY vendors in the real estate space that he is one of the good guys.I don't pay Diverse Solutions for their spelling and grammar, I pay them to provide a rich IDX experience for my users. And that they do, better than anyone I've found. In the 10 months that have passed since this post was written, they've hired some people and I've found their customer service to be well above average.

Kris – I’m not sure of Robert’s exact title. His grammar and spelling are atrocious! He writes with all of the expertise of a 10th grader. Also, it's pretty alarming when two people state that they received no response to their inquiries from the company...not a good sign when one considers what the relationship will be once the credit card has been authorized. Tisk tisk!

Isn’t Robert Luna the Sales Director? His grammar and spelling are atrocious! He writes with all of the expertise of a 10th grader. I hear the consumer results are better with the map base searches. I will check out Diverse solutions as well. Thanks.

Jay, I am considering Wolfnet for their mapping search, but it is quite pricey. I hear the consumer results are better with the map base searches. I like that much better than the others I've seen and even used in the past. The biggest thing lacking in realty is the use of modern web technologies so it's good to see you've got a lot of that functionality now.I still don't like they fact they iframe the data in, I really wish they'd supply an API to just pull the info onto your site but it's a great start and like I mentioned, a lot better than what I've seen in the past.Thx for the Phx Realty updates via twitter too - always good to have an inside guy ;)Chuck Reynolds

Hey Jay congrats on the new MLS data.
