I’ve added the Seesmic video comment plugin, which will allow you to post video comments to Phoenix Real Estate Guy.
It’s not playing perfectly well right now, I think I have some theme compatibility problems. This theme seems to have gone a bit wonky since upgrading to Wordpress 2.5.1. “Sounds like a good excuse to switch themes!” you may be saying. I know I did. Stay tuned, we’ll be trying something new very soon…
So if you have a video camera / webcam, and a Seesmic account, feel free to give it a whirl!
What’s a Seesmic? Think of it as video Twitter… sort of a community of people “chatting” via video. Some of it’s stupid nonsense, some of it very compelling stuff.
Here’s a horrific example of a short Seesmic video, complete with my daughter in the background trying to get the cat to stop its incessant meowing and begging for food. That would be Buzz, my $600 cat. You can here him starving quietly throughout the video…

Jay — since the beauty of sitting and working from my home office, I can sit with litterally no makeup and/or in my PJ’s… so I won’t be Seesmic ‘ing with you today, but I will soon. While I’m here, I vote to go back to your original theme….I miss it already!!

I would add this option to my blog as well, but I need to get a web cam, to reply. Perhaps you’ve motivated me to get up with the times. On a somewhat related topic, I’m geeked about the potential of using Qik to stream iPhone video LIVE….

Jay, nothing of substance to add here. I just wanted to say that I absolutely love the big “Shuut Uuup,” at the beginning of your video. This is what makes the online video universe such a wonderful place! Priceless!

@Chantal - I think my daughter was mortified that I left that in there. If you listen *real* carefully, you can hear the cat she was “urging” to be quite meowing through the whole clip.
