I poked around Audacity a while back and making audio files, but it was hard to get into. I’m not much into “note to self” type recording your own voice thing. But I think interviewing someone or recording some interesting conversations would be a way to go. Check out Wiggly Wigglers – a UK company which sells Compost Worm Boxes – she has a great podcast. Now if you can do that for worms. I’m sure you can do it for Real Estate. You just have to enjoy it I think!

As I’m still chief pimp-o-matic for CRT (for at least another few weeks) I feel that I would be remiss if I didn’t point out that Evo will be speaking at NAR’s annual convention in a few weeks. I’m really excited to have such an authority speaking at one of the CRT sessions. I also have a little fan-boy excitement going since I’ve listened to him for years. Jay, I’ll have to add you podcast to my phone. I’m looking forward to listening to it. I give you credit for doing something I’ve been thinking about for 2 years or so. I just haven’t made the time nor found a topic I could talk about weekly without boring myself, much less others.
