Honestly I feel the market is doing better than what I had seen published. Although I don't consider myself a guru I have been a successful real estate investor for the past 10 years and am currently doing just fine investing in single family starter homes. Does anyone have any comments or statistics on how starter homes between $200k - $250k are doing. I am buying these homes and selling them rent to own, my portfolio is up to $12M and I manage everything myself.Daniel

I was looking at Christoph Schweiger’s (christophschweiger.com) statistics and wow were they depressing.
