MeetmeatpcazIf you are remotely interested in blogging, podcasting, or social media marketing and/or “new and relevant media”, then PodCamp AZ 2008 should be of interest.

What’s a PodCamp AZ?

From the Learn Page:

PodCamp is a FREE BarCamp-style community UnConference for podcasters and listeners, bloggers and readers, and anyone interested in New Media. It was held for the first time from September 8-10 in Boston, Massachusetts and is now spreading across the world.

The PodCamp will be held on Nov 1 and 2 and the University of Advancing Technology (UAT) – 2625 W Baseline Rd, Tempe, AZ 85283 (Baseline and I-10).

The growing list of speakers is impressive, and the list of topics exhaustive.

Media, business, marketing, blogging, video, podcasting…. sounds like lots of potential real estate applications.

I’ll be there. Will you?

I have heard about this, I already booked for AdTech in NYC in Nov so I guess I will have to wait until the next one.

Still no times announced?

Either way, it will be a tough one to make since Max and I are heading to Vegas for PubCon the weekend after that.

That will be a great conference as the new media is exploding every second of the day. I have not messed around a lot with podcasting but I have messed with social media and it is huge.

The more I read and hear about this “unconference” the more intriguing it sounds. THere are certainly some great topics.

@Lisa – glad you discovered the blog, thanks for the kind words! And right back at ya! Your book sounds very interesting, best of luck with it.

sounds good, but I’m a little busy going to the SEO convention. Don’t get me wrong this is going to be a great event for people to learn.
