Power Ranch is a master planned community located in southeast Gilbert, Arizona.

Amenities abound in Power Ranch. Tree lined streets, lush landscaping, sidewalks separated from curbs by landscaping, parks and themed foliage in each neighborhood and acres of turf are hallmarks of Power Ranch. A network of 26+ miles of trails tie neighborhood parks to the community parks.

There is a 2.2 acre “catch & release” fishing lake, a world class and award winning clubhouse. Multiple community swimming pools are available in addition to picnic areas, volleyball and basketball courts, etc etc etc.

At full build out, Power Ranch will be have 5,400 residential units plus retail, office, and commercial venues. Expected population will be in the 15,000 to 20,000 range.

Power Ranch has won many awards for master planned communities. Despite it’s size, it is planned to retain a small town, intimate feel.

The first six neighborhoods at Power Ranch are knit together by meandering paseos. In the future, new neighborhoods will Typical Power Ranch Home join the trail system. And all trails lead to the center of the community. There you will find the Community Park & Clubhouse with an abundance of recreational amenities.

Home prices and sizes in Power Ranch range from 1,300 square feet 3 bedroom 2 bath homes around $215,000 to 6,000 square feet 5/5′s in the $850,000 price range. There is a size, shape, style and price available for just about everyone.

Thanks for your insight Monica! As a resident of Power Ranch, you are certainly qualified to speak!

This post was written almost a year and a half ago. I *think* the congestion was worse back then, but it's clearly much better now.

It is indeed a wonderful community. I just wish it had existed when we moved here!

I live in Power Ranch and have for about 5 years. The comment regarding long lines to get in and out of PR is totally false. The City of Gilbert has really kept up with the pace. There are SEVERAL ways in and out of this gorgeous community. Furthermore, there are now many, many places to shop, eat, etc. within 3 miles of this neighborhood. We find it impossible to move because we love it so much here.
