Power Ranch Homes: New Local Blog Site

In our continuous quest to one day dominate the Phoenix metro area real estate market, today marks the launch of another “neighborhood blog site”.  Call it a cousin of the Agritopia Real Estate site.

Power Ranch has long been one of my favorite East Valley communities, so it only seemed natural to dedicate a blog site to all things Power Ranch real estate.

Enter Power Ranch Homes.

There is still much work to be done, but the dedicated Power Ranch home search page, the listings RSS feed and some photos are up. There’s even a little “Streets of Phoenix” style video.

Take it for a spin and let me know what you think. Suggestions and constructive criticism are always welcome.

I'm a real estate broker in Phoenix, Arizona and the publisher of the Phoenix Real Estate Guy blog. I tend to drive too fast and scream at the University of Texas and Denver Broncos football teams. My two kids are smarter than most adults I know and my wife is simply amazing.

The Phoenix Real Estate Guy runs on AgentPress

AgentPress is a specialized WordPress theme for real estate agents and brokers, powered by the industry standard Genesis Framework. With AgentPress on your team, you're empowered to get the most out of WordPress for online marketing.

Genesis provides the secure and search-engine-optimized foundation that powers any successful website. And AgentPress provides the specific listing and lead-generation functionality real estate pros need to succeed.

We always appreciate your comments! Phoenix Real Estate Guy uses two commenting systems, Facebook and LiveFyre. LiveFyre is the most robust system (and easy to use!). It allows you to login with Twitter, Facebook, Google+ LinkedIn, OpenId, LiveFyre and as a "Guest". I recommend getting a LiveFyre account, it has some great features (just click the LiveFyre button when you write your comment).

BLOG COMMENT POLICY: We respectfully ask that you use your real name (first name only is fine) and not use keywords (Why no keywords?). The only real "comment rules" are be civil -- no personal attacks -- and no advertising. (See the full comment policy here). Opinion and debate are welcome, but attack the idea, not the person.

Excellent idea-I wish I could give some constructive advice on something to change or do, but I really can't. The look is great and simple and complements your main site wonderfully. Very nice!

You have inspired me. I think this concept is really where it's at. MyLasFlores.com is underway - although I will have to redo the video. Too long and I blew it because it was trash can day! Duh! :) Work in progress.

I would have to agree I like the nice clean look of the new site. One idea for blog topics or section to put somewhere would be highlighting the local amenities; shopping, eating, schools, trails, skiing, etc.

I like it, especially how "clean" it looks. I hate those blogs that are just packed with crap. re: your video - did anyone ask you not to record or did you have to get permission or anything?

When I visited Arizona last year the real estate that impressed me the most were the ones in the mountains or high hills whatever they are, the ones in the Phoenix area, they were really cool looking at night.
