I'm sick of folks like this who sob and whine at the hint of a truthful, critical review. Listen folks, this is the real world. We agents pay thousands of dollars per year for mostly crappy/half-developed tech 'solutions.' Who cares if you part of the Point2 Network or any other network? It's honestly like some agents / vendors forget that we are the customer (hey, we have to put up with OUR customers' shit!). This is part of the arrangement. Personally, I have spent hours helping vendors understand fundamental flaws they can't even see in their own products - b/c they don't use them! Usually I'm considered a bother. Well, you can bet that I mention these shortcomings whenever I talk about the product with anyone. Jay, I have been following your posts on Point2 very closely, as they are my website provider too. And while I’m not a paying customer yet (I’m still standard), I feel I have a right to know this stuff. I just want to thank you for your excellent coverage and your excellent blog, which I’ve learned a lot from.

How does constructive, honest criticism hurt? They are a for-profit company and they need to understand what their customer’s wants. Is it better to say “everything’s peachy” and then just cancel the service?

Wow, P2 Fan could use a good thesarus in addition to spell check. F is not the only noun, verb, adjective available for use in the 21st century, although it *does* tend to be my favorite, too.
