UPDATE 9/24/2007: Tragically, the person in this video spoof, Aaron Anglin, was killed in a car accident yesterday. A letter from Lani — Aaron's sister and a true cyber-pal of mine — is here. Our hearts and prayers fo out to the Anglin family and all that Aaaron touched in his short life.

Humor is such an important aspect of being human and essential in good human relations, that incorporating ample amounts in your offering to the public can only aid your cause. If you make the prospective client laugh, you're halway to securing the business.
