Hi All! I happened across this post while trawling through the archives, and sadly the clip doesn't seem to be avaialble on YouTube any more. I copied and pasted the URL across but it didn't go where it was meant to. Humor is such an important aspect of being human and essential in good human relations, that incorporating ample amounts in your offering to the public can only aid your cause. If you make the prospective client laugh, you're halway to securing the business.
