Jay,
apparently the writers strike has caused the Today show to shift their focus and sniff out new material. But it may be serendipitous, because I think they’re on to something here.
With the recent broadcast of scientific findings and eye-opening revelations about real estate, I’ve heard thru the grapevine – and I hope for all of us that it’s true – that upcoming segments on Today
will offer similiarly breathtaking revelations, like,
Top Tactics for Safe Driving. (based, of course, on extensive scientific study)
1. Do Not exceed the speed limit
2. It is important to keep your eyes OPEN at all times
3. Do NOT, REPEAT, Do NOT leave your vehicle while it’s in motion
4. If at all possible, avoid driving while severly intoxicated
5. When attempting to stop the vehicle, use the brake pedal.

Captain Obvious failed to give the interviewer the obvious answer to get her home sold – lower… the… price.

And the guy’s got the geek persona nailed. All he was missing was a pocket protector.

I think we should admire him, however, for his pr accomplishments.
