Phoenix Home Search

Welcome to our Phoenix, Arizona area IDX (Internet Data eXchange) home search. This is not a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Search page. But it’s as close as you can get without getting a real estate license and paying MLS membership fees. You can do a few searches without registering. Registering is free and provides you all sorts of benefits:

  • All of your searches are automatically saved, and you can go back and review them later!
  • You can choose to receive daily or weekly email updates of your searches (or none).
  • You can subscribe to an RSS feed for any of your searches.
  • You can receive email or RSS updates of the changes to a single property by searching on its MLS number.
  • You can add any property to your favorites so you can quickly find it later.

For registration all we need is a first name, email and pick your password! No hassles, we promise! I hate spam worse than you do and your email address will NEVER, ever be sold. A Thompson’s Realty agent may contact you, but we DO NOT hard sell. We’re here to help.

Hi Jay,

Are these new updates on the Phoenix MLS search standard for diverse solutions or did you have to go out of pocket to have them added?

Standard issue James! A lot depends on the feed your MLS supplies to Diverse Solutions though. If the MLS doesn’t feed all the info, then of course there is no way for DS to display it.

Your Blog is great. I am new and in the process of setting up my Blog. The MLS search you have added to your Blog, does that come from your local MLS?
Thanks!
Brian

This is very cool – It’s amazing what people can do with Google Maps.

It looks great! The whole system of multiple search is a good idea. Quite often people are looking around the area and this allows them to do it. Also map gives a clear idea where about it is located and road links.

I currently use MLS finder with Wolfnet Tech and they do offer a map search and I think the map feature is very cool however it’s expensive with MLS finder and I am not convinced that potential buyers prefer a map search over just searching the MLS by other options like by address, zip code, county, city, school district or even just look for foreclosure listings.

The integration of the listings with the G maps is amazing, and makes most sense for these tri-metropolitan areas like Phoenix/Scottsdale/Mesa.

So I use DS also but in mine I have this huge header that really pushes all of the content so far down. How did you get rid of it? Congrats on a great site. I am working on building up to this.

I love this site. I’m not a realtor, but I am looking for homes in the Phoenix downtown area. I have been looking at this site daily. I love all the sorting options and search options. One suggestion, if it’s possible…I think it would be really useful to be able to delete individual records from your search results or the map. For instance, if there’s a property I’ve been to and didn’t like, if there was an option to remove it from my saved search results that would make it “cleaner”. I know on Google maps if you call up points of interest, you can right click on them and an option appears to “delete marker”. The same could be incorporated into the map portion of the search, and it would be nice to “un-favorite” the results in the list portion so that they don’t appear (or appear separately at the end)

Nice job, and thanks!
