		<description>That&#039;s just wonderful. People really are disappointing sometimes. When my neighbor was selling his place, I caught a trio of kids (two of them were girls!) stealing the sign out of the yard. They actually ripped it out of the ground and carried it off down the street.  Should have seen the look on their faces when I made them carry it back and re-stake it in the yard.</description>
