I particularly like the phone number that was written on the white board (867-5309) Jenny! It is so easy to impersonate somebody online and you could easily damage reputations in a short period of time. Heck, I could run all over the internet today and post on blogs as someone else and make them sound completely belligerent and do damage to their rep. Its pretty scary if you think about it. With real estate agents, one bad client that knows a little bit about optimization can ruin an agent's online reputation.I can think of one example in the real estate industry of a well known company that needs a little help with reputation management.
