Favorite Feature: My favorite feature of the Stonegate Crossing community in Chandler is the park. Not only do they have a nice 1/4 mile walking path to walk your dog, but they have one of the most kid friendly neighborhood parks I have seen. They have the usual swings and playground, but they also have a full court basketball court and a volleyball court with lights!
Not to mention, Espee Park, with their park, bike park, baseball fields and splash pad literally backs right up to the west end of Stonegate!
Favorite Local Establishment: My favorite local establishment is The Reef, which is a sports bar within walking distance of Stonegate.
Stonegate Crossing HOA: As I mentioned, about half the homes are under the Stonegate HOA, you can see their website here.
