I'm a real estate broker in Phoenix, Arizona and the publisher of the Phoenix Real Estate Guy blog. I tend to drive too fast and scream at the University of Texas and Denver Broncos football teams. My two kids are smarter than most adults I know and my wife is simply amazing.

I had a good run with "moron driving"... It seems there was a guy named Bryan Scott Moron that had a little drunk driving issue. I wrote about it one day. He wasn't happy with me...
It is still one of my better search terms. Doesn't help...

I like that one, who searches for those types of kw's? I always get a laugh out of what some people type into google. The way they type it like google is going to pop out a yes or no answer or something of the sort.
