Strange Search Term of the Week

in Blogging / Social Networking, Random Musings

It never ceases to amaze me the number of different search terms used to find The Phoenix Real Estate Guy (as I mentioned here, 36,684 different terms were used last year).

Last night someone came to the blog using a search term that may be my most favorite yet:

make me look like phoenix real estate guy

Ahem.

Clearly anyone who has seen me and the 230 pounds I carry on my frame would have little desire to look like me. Did they mean, “make me act like Phoenix Real Estate Guy?” Surely not, just ask my teenagers who slink off and completely disassociate with me when we are out in public. Mayhap they intended to search, “make me as wildly successful as Phoenix Real Estate Guy”. Yeah, that’s the ticket (said with complete sarcasm).

The lucky surfer was lead to my post titled, “Can You Make Me Look Like Brad Pitt?” where you can see a slightly touched up photo of yours truly provided by the folks at Point2 Agent. (Incidently, this post gets visits every week from losers people who are apparently seeking ways to look like Brad.)

Lucky Surfer did spend almost 30 minutes on the blog. I can only hope they found what they were looking for…

That is funny. When you type that long unorthodox search term you do come up first. I have seen the picture and you look remarkably close to Mr. Pitt. Little gym work and I think you are a shoe in for a body double. Might even get a kissing scene with Angelina.

Jay, don’t get flattered- they meant to type “make me look like phoenix real estate gay.” :)

Ouch Lani, OUCH. I like the new look Jay, a lot less cluttered. Maybe is your suave and debonair demeanor that is pulling them :P

Maybe they just want their blog to look like TPREG…….

sexy realtor is the #1 referring keyword to MEBA…. don’t know whether to laugh, cry, or put it on my business card.

Let’s assume they meant, “Make my site look like the phoenix real estate guy’s site”! :) Either way, I’d take it as a compliment.

For the record, NOBODY has ever asked to look like me, or my blog.

Jay… You and me both.
But I had someone find my blog looking for “moron”… Bryan Scott Moron drove a truck into a house and I posted the story based on the FoxNews headline (Moron drives truck into house).
