Shouting a video about the area is a good idea. When I see a picture of a house and wonder, if it is really as spacious as it seems and neighbourhood really as good as described? I can’t deny that video gives a broader picture. Thank you.

It is indeed a large difference, and somewhat unusual. Val Vista Lakes is huge, and broken out into several "neighborhoods". Homes in gated areas and lakeside homes tend to tip the high end of the scale. Off-water homes and other sections are the lower priced ones.

That's one of the things I like about VVL — there is something for almost everyone.

Jay this gives a nice street view of the area and for someone who is not in Phoenix(CA) it really gives you a nice and easy view of the street as you would travel it. Especially for someone unfamiliar with the area the combination of video, narration of the street boundaries, and the map of the area it makes it easy to see how it all fits together. Hey Jay, I think I have the solution for the shooting video while driving. Do not lose too much weight on the RE Biggest Losers, so your pants will not fall down — bad news in a residential area especially with the scruffy beard — so then you take your belt off and strap that camera to your head!

But seriously, it is great to see these videos, and really reminds me of how the style of homes in Phoenix are so similar to the ones I used to sell in Florida. Texas homes are so different…and even bigger. Also was hoping I was going to be seeing the sequel to "Wedding Crashers" being shot.
