It is indeed a large difference, and somewhat unusual. Val Vista Lakes is huge, and broken out into several “neighborhoods”. Homes in gated areas and lakeside homes tend to tip the high end of the scale. Off-water homes and other sections are the lower priced ones.

That’s one of the things I like about VVL — there is something for almost everyone.

Do not lose too much weight on the RE Biggest Losers, so your pants will not fall down -- bad news in a residential area especially with the scruffy beard -- so then you take your belt off and strap that camera to your head!But seriously, it is great to see these videos, and really reminds me of how the style of homes in Phoenix are so similar to the ones I used to sell in Florida. Texas homes are so different...and even bigger. Also was hoping I was going to be seeing the sequel to "Wedding Crashers" being shot.
