Given that this "event" occurred over 2.5 years ago, when real estate blogging was pretty much in its infancy, I think it was a good thing at the time. It brought a lot of awareness to real estate blogging.And the quality of posts that both Greg and Ardell did in those 24 hours was well above average, all things considered. Better all the way around than many posts you'll read today, in real estate or elsewhere... Rick – I agree.
