Let’s take a quick spin through one of the Circle G Ranches neighborhoods. This one is in Gilbert:

The Circle G Ranch neighborhoods consist of all custom-built homes. At this writing, there are not any homes currently listed for sale in the area where the above video was shot, but some of the other Circle G neighborhoods do have homes for sale. Prices range from $335K all the way to over $7 million – yes, there is quite the variety of homes in Circle G Ranches!

Below you can search for all currently listed homes in the various Circle G Ranch neighborhoods in the East Valley. The embedded search below is automatically updated with new listings, so no matter when you’re reading this post, you’ll see what homes are for sale!

Google rocks man! The map feature is fantastic, a must have for any real estate website. Very interactive.

I like that the houses are custom, I am really not a fan of cookie cutter houses (especially when there are the same house plans on the same block and its noticeable).

Funniest video I have seen in a long time… first the cops, battery problems and then kids in the streets. This may be used as evidence one day!

I did watch Ian Watt and he also gave me some tips (via e-mail). Free-form is good and I try and do things on one take, but I do plan out my message. Maybe Toastmasters really did help?

My latest post also had a vlog portion… so that's the link I'll attach. Regarding lockbox issues.

By the way, your site was really running slow, and Disqus did not work right

This is definetely a nice area, but are there homes in here still worth $7m? The high end homes have been hit so hard that I wonder if there is a $7m home left in Maricopa county.
