He was telling me pretty much the same thing as you mentioned in this post. That is ridiculous! 116 degrees is nuts. If you scroll down the blog, you'll see posts on FSBO's, rising land values, the condominium market, and the the housing inventory situation in the Phoenix area. We have a LOT of out-of-state buyers and investors interested in the Phoenix area, and one of the most common questions I get from someone not around here is "how hot does it really get?"
