The plugin didn't seem to play well with Wordpress 2.5, so I manually edited the Javascript files, basically bypassing the plugin functionality and managed to get it working. It's a bit of a pain to get going, but seems pretty cool. I'm no programmer, but it's basically done with Javascript and SWFlash files. HOW it does it is beyond me.
