Meet Jason Geroux, the newest agent to join Thompson’s Realty. You’ll like him. You’ll like his wife Jessie (@j2tyco on Twitter) too who serves as his Real Estate admin. Trust me on this.

Jason comes to us by way of PR Team Realty Services (via Keller Williams Realty East Valley) and brings with him the perfect customer service attitude, experience in real estate sales of all types and some mad property management skills. More on that in a moment…

Here is a little about Jason from his Spectrum Group of AZ about page:

First and foremost, I am the husband of a beautiful wife, and the father of  2 wonderful boys. My oldest son, Tyler, was diagnosed with Autism on his 3rd birthday. Since that point, my wife and I have been extremely involved in the Autism Community. We have chaired autism fund raising events, and consult statewide providing training on autism and disability related issues.

I am also a Real Estate Professional with Thompson’s Realty. in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have been assisting families who are relocating to the Phoenix area. I work with families to identify school districts that provide the best services in the area, along with the best home-based service providers upon their arrival in Phoenix.

I have received such positive feedback from my clients, that I have decided to branch out and provide relocation assistance for any family who wishes to relocate in order to find better services for their children. I am forming relationships with local, regional & national organizations throughout the country, and have identified real estate professionals in each area who are sensitive to the needs of families affected by Autism in order to provide the most comfortable transition for families to make.

Property Management?

Yes, I have said for years that I’d never take on property management. Well, things change. After having numerous investor clients ask for it, and in an effort to provide even more complete customer service, we’re going to open a property management side of Thompson’s Realty. With Jason’s experience we feel confident that we will be able to completely meet the needs of our select property management clients. There will be more posted on this in the near future, but the doors are open now. Come on in!
