We are thrilled to announce that Marty Boardman has joined the growing family at Thompson’s Realty!

Marty is the owner and Chief Financial Officer for Rising Sun Capital Group, LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Gilbert, AZ.

Marty’s been a full-time real estate entrepreneur, investor and instructor since 2002. Licensed since 2007, he is also certified by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to teach a Continuing Education class in agency law titled, Attracting Investor Clients.

If you don’t have his blog Free Real Estate Education in your feed reader, you should. Marty is a great writer who doesn’t pull punches. He also contributes regularly to the national real estate investing site, BiggerPockets.com.

Marty lives in Gilbert, AZ with his wife and two daughters.
