We are pleased to welcome Francy’s Uncle, Rocky Coffey, to Thompson’s Realty!

Rocky was first licensed as a real estate agent in 1973. In his storied life, he’s been a rancher, a banker, small business owner and a Realtor. Rocky joins us from Keller Williams Legacy One Realty. Prior to Keller Williams, Rocky was at Century 21 Distinguished Properties.

Rocky is long time Valley resident and life member of the Scottsdale Jaycees, who are most commonly known around here as the main sponsors and organizers of the Parada del Sol Rodeo. Rock served as the “Parada Boss” in 1982.

They say you shouldn’t mix family and business, but “they” have never met Rocky Coffey. He may just be the nicest, most caring person you will ever meet. He does the right thing, every time, and is of impeccable character.

We are excited to have Rocky join the Thompson’s Realty team!

Another step toward Phoenix valley domination. Congrats. I find it interesting that you are consistently adding agents, while big main brand brokerages are shuttering.

Congrats on growing the brokerage. How many agents are you up to.

@Cooper - Baby steps. One thing we don’t have that large brokerages do — ridiculous overhead for rarely (if ever) used offices and no bureaucracy (OK, that’s two things).

@AREB - We’ve got eight agents now. That’s seven more than originally planned, and about halfway to today’s plan. Could change tomorrow!

so I see you’re on your own now, Jaybird. I remember when you wrote about your broker looking at you like you were an idiot for your blogging ideas, etc. Funny.

How many agents/team members do you have on board? If I was there I’d be with your brokerage in a heartbeat other things being equal….

Oops I didn’t realize that question had already been asked and answered. Sorry about that.

So rocky must be one of the best. That’s a lot that he has done in just one life time.
