Jay – your new Real Estate Webmasters site rocks! I've wanted to move in REW direction, but never got there. How long did it take for them to get you up and running? Jay it looks great. Pt2 is one of my template sites too, basically for the listing syndication. I switched over in April from Number1Expert which I had had for 9 years.
Dakno built my new site and I was afraid I would lose PR and Google placement too, but I did not. They did a 301 redirect.

I wanted to do it for the last 3 years but was afraid to do for that reason alone. So glad I made the switch much easier to change things and create my own pages.

Looks great. Though I did like the bright blue Call to Action buttons. But if they weren’t generated click throughs, toss ‘em.

I’ve been looking at Myrsol out of South Carolina– recommended by a geeky friend of mine.

The new site looks good, very clean. I use wordpress on a few of my blogs and you can’t beat it. I never knew about pingdom, now I’m going off to check all my sites load times
