We always appreciate your comments! Phoenix Real Estate Guy uses two commenting systems, Facebook and LiveFyre. LiveFyre is the most robust system (and easy to use!). It allows you to login with Twitter, Facebook, Google+ LinkedIn, OpenId, LiveFyre and as a "Guest". I recommend getting a LiveFyre account, it has some great features (just click the LiveFyre button when you write your comment).

BLOG COMMENT POLICY: We respectfully ask that you use your real name (first name only is fine) and not use keywords (Why no keywords?). The only real "comment rules" are be civil -- no personal attacks -- and no advertising. (See the full comment policy here). Opinion and debate are welcome, but attack the idea, not the person.

Are you starting to see a turnaround in Tucson? I thought I heard somewhere that market conditions are improving. Thanks and nice blog.

This is all good actually. There is a correction for this time period. It's a great time for first time buyers and investors to purchase a great home for a fantastic price. In the years to come, prices will start rising again. Just heard California on a major upswing in prices. San Francisco especially. Los Angeles real estate going up also. I think Tucson will be following suit within the year.

Tucson is the best! Been here 10 years and don't plan on going anywhere.

I love Tucson. Someday I hope to find a way to work there.

Another 20% drop and it might be dig down deep time.

Some of my family lives in Tucson and they are quite happy with where they are. I heard that in other places like San Diego, the home prices are going up. I have high hopes for Tucson, that things will turn around for the better, sooner that we know it.
