I love Tucson. Someday I hope to find a way to work there.

Another 20% drop and it might be dig down deep time.

This is all good actually. There is a correction for this time period. It’s a great time for first time buyers and investors to purchase a great home for a fantastic price. In the years to come, prices will start rising again. Just heard California on a major upswing in prices. San Francisco especially. Los Angeles real estate going up also. I think Tucson will be following suit within the year.

Some of my family lives in Tucson and they are quite happy with where they are. I heard that in other places like San Diego, the home prices are going up. I have high hopes for Tucson, that things will turn around for the better, sooner that we know it.
