There is a correction for this time period. It's a great time for first time buyers and investors to purchase a great home for a fantastic price. In the years to come, prices will start rising again. Just heard California on a major upswing in prices. San Francisco especially. Los Angeles real estate going up also. I think Tucson will be following suit within the year. This is all good actually.
