Some people have lost some money (a few percent), nothing like many parts of the country. Should help reduce the risk of this type of lawsuit happening in the Chicagoland area. Not that prices have gone down I could see a lot of people filing suits saying they bought for too much even if at the time the selling price was market value. I am outraged that a judge would waste taxpayers money on this case. The Ummels should be responsible for their own home buying decision. They were not forced to buy this home. They are educated people and should have known what they were spending their money on. Why blame some one else for buyer's remorse.
