There are a  flurry of events coming up in (and around) Phoenix for real estate types…

The Arizona Association of Realtors Winter Real Estate Conference in Prescott is March 11 – 13.  I’ll be speaking on a panel titled, “Web 2.0: How Top Agents are Attracting Clients Using Social Media” on the 12th.  Pre-registration is closed, on-site registration available (unsure of cost. I think pre-reg was $50) More info here.

ARMLSTechnopalooza

The Arizona Regional MLS is holding a “Technopalooza” on April 22 at the Mesa Convention Center. I’ll be speaking on a panel featuring, “Local Agent Tech Leaders and their Secrets of Success”. Admission is free (lunch is $15). More info here (PDF).

phoenix-rebc-200 Real Estate Bar Camp Phoenix is an event I’m delighted to help organize. “REBC” is a one-day “unconference” that is going to rock. April 23 (the day after the ARMLS event) in Scottsdale Stadium. Admission is free.
Follow on Twitter @REBCPHX.
More info here. You can RSVP NOW!

UnchainedPhoenix2009Sm Bloodhound blog is holding “Unchained”, a “three-day Guerilla Marketing Boot Camp” on April 28 – May 1 at The Radisson Phoenix Airport Hotel North. Admission is $697 + hotel (required even if local). A discount to $397 + hotel is available for “CyberProfessionals”.

I really liked REBarCamp Houston and feel like anyone that can get away to attend REBarCamp Phoenix should.

Jay – Who all will you be having as speakers and what topics will they cover?

Good information on upcoming events. I’ve sent messages back and forth to Steve Belt and I’m going to try to get to the BarCamp.

I am really looking forward to joining you in being part of the “Technopalooza” panel as it will be a lot of fun to be on the same stage with the “Grandaddy” of real estate bloggers! :-)

Jay, your work in setting up Barcamp is appreciated as this event will indeed “rock!” Without a doubt, everyone in the real estate business should add this to their list of “must attend” events.

Thanks for the info Jay. I’m going to try and make it out to one or two of these. I’ll also suggest attending to other agents I work with.

If you’ve never been to a Bar Camp, you’re just going to have to trust me on this. You want to be at this event. Heck, in this market, you need to be at this event. It won’t cost you a nickle. Yes, the event is FREE to attend.
