Updated Wordpress

I just updated to the latest release of Wordpress (2.5.1). The PHP executable plugin I was using didn’t play well, so I’m trying a new one. So far, that seems to be the only problem.

If you see something wonky, please let me know!

  • Jay, I really like the IDX integration of your vendor, Diverse Solution. However, a couple of nights ago, I was playing around with it a bit, looking around for homes for sale in Chandler.
    This is not about the upgrade to WP 2.5.1, and on IE7, everything is fine. Running Firefox 2.0.0.14 though, there is a quirk. I pull up a listing and Fx perpetually increases and reduces the whole screen by itself (sort of like a blinking effect). No chance to even click on anything. Not sure, if you or anyone else (perhaps the vendor) can reproduce this, but I thought I'd bring it to your attention.
    Still, killer IDX, especially the sidebar widget thingy.
  • I am not very tech savy but one difference that I have noticed is that the Top Commentators' List has disappeared.
  • @Mark- Interesting. I use FF 2.0.0.14 and am not seeing this. Passed it on to the developer, thanks for the feedback!

    @DRS - Thanks. Fixed!
  • Dining Room, you wanted to make sure you were still on top of the list :)
  • Jay - I am running IE7, and I get the same re-sizing flicker that Mark described. It appears as though the browser is displaying / hiding a vertical scroll bar next to the iframe for the mls data. FF 2.0.0.14 looked fine.
  • Dan - thanks for the feedback! I just went in and made the iframe "window" significantly larger. That should eliminate any need for a scroll bar. So if what you're thinking is correct (and it sounds reasonable to me) then that *should* fix it.
  • Jay - The flicker is gone now (for me). Hopefully that fixed it for you!
