The Virginia Association of Realtors is having a little March Madness-like fun with their “First Annual Real Estate Blog Brawl”.
The Phoenix Real Estate Guy had a first round bye, but the voting polls are open for Round 2.
Head on over to this post and cast your votes!
(Just make sure you vote for us!
)
While you are there, visit the other blogs in the brawl, there are some good ones. And check out the rest of the VARBuzz. The Virginia Association of Realtors is leading the pack in my opinion when it comes to open and transparent communication with their members.

OK so I went on over and cast my vote and I can honestly say I like your blog. You are correct with the VA association communicating and having some fun and being in the techno groove we should be so lucky in Las Vegas.
Jay, I cast my vote for you as well. Luckily we won’t have to meet each other unless we are both fortunate enough to make it to the Final Four. May the best blog win. Have you seen my latest incentive/bribe?
I just voted for you. You have one of the best blogs out here on the weboverse.
Yeah, I saw it Brian. You’re not playing fair…
You are up against a pretty good competitor. Rain City Guide has a great platform and a large following. However, I like “The Phoenix Real Estate Guy” and you got my vote. Good luck to ya.
Thanks for the votes folks! Tell your friends, your family. Heck, tell your enemies!
Jay – it’s a fun competition to watch and may be lucrative to be a voter by the time you guys are done – I gave you my vote – hope it helps! Good luck
It was as Cyndee said a fun competition to watch (i.e. read about) and I declare you the winner! Hope it turned out to be beneficial for all involved!
