The Phoenix Real Estate Guy had a first round bye, but the voting polls are open for Round 2.

OK so I went on over and cast my vote and I can honestly say I like your blog. You are correct with the VA association communicating and having some fun and being in the techno groove we should be so lucky in Las Vegas.
