PhoenixMagazineMay2008If you’ve stumbled across The Phoenix Real Estate Guy blog from this months edition of Phoenix Magazine, welcome! We are glad you are here.

Feel free to poke around. You can search the Phoenix MLS, explore the archives or just wander about. You can use the search bar off to the right, or browse the various categories listed in the lower right column to find previous articles.

You’ll find a little bit of everything here. Phoenix area real estate statistics, mortgage rate info and analysis, some great local Phoenix web sites and restaurants and the occasional completely off-topic musing.

If you live in the Phoenix area and are interested in real estate, the May 2008 edition of Phoenix Magazine is worth $4 bucks. It’s the annual “Real Estate Edition” and has loads of interesting stuff like:

Teri - It was a pleasure meeting you! This issue of Phoenix Magazine is really good (and CERTAINLY not because I’m in it). It’s loaded with good info on all things real estate.

I’ve seen it at Barnes & Nobles, Borders, Walgreens and some (but not all) grocery stores.
