So what good does the secret Yelper page do for you?
Simple. Just mention this page and we will donate 5% of our proceeds from the sale or purchase of your home to the charity of your choice (provided your charity isn’t something that pushes/crosses the boundaries of usual morals/ethics. No KKK, neo-nazi organizations, hate groups, etc). Our CPA would appreciate it if the charity was a recognized 501(c) organization as that would make it tax deductible, but that’s not an absolute requirement.
