Hi,
I had a question about the local Phoenix commercial market. We live outside of tempe now, but are considering moving and will need a small executive suite. We checked out loopnet and http://www.officespaceheaven.com/phoenix.html and officefinder. Do you handle office space clients,or do you have any advice, as far as pricing and lease terms we might acquire.
thanks

Donna – we are strictly a residential (and land) brokerage — no commercial. If you are still interested, I can try to find you a good commercial real estate agent.
