		<description>Great Post!  The difference in any transaction can be the loan officer.  Good or bad.  Choose wisely or risk losing your deal as a real estate agent.  A good agent should over-communicate.  Under-promise and over-deliver.  Never tell you "yes" when they should be saying "no".  Make sure you are picking people with the right experience and people skills that you need to get your loan closed.</description>

		<description>That's the trouble with financing. I myself have had to deal with some pretty bad loan oficers who just don't get it that their approval can make or break a deal. Why, there oughtta be a law...</description>
