		<description>Great Post!  The difference in any transaction can be the loan officer.  Good or bad.  Choose wisely or risk losing your deal as a real estate agent.  A good agent should over-communicate.  Under-promise and over-deliver.  Never tell you &quot;yes&quot; when they should be saying &quot;no&quot;.  Make sure you are picking people with the right experience and people skills that you need to get your loan closed. </description>

In all my time as a real estate agent , just like you, most of my blown eals were loan-officer related. Why, there oughtta be a law... </description>
