		<description>I agree, fudging numbers with foreclosure take backs is an absolutely waste of time typing that information and believing professional people will use it.

I also agree that the MLS lacks certain information concerning sales that are performed without realtors being invovled.  Thats why if numbers aren't where you want them to be sometimes you have to go to sources that have all types of sales regardless of MLS or FSBO.  The only problem is finding the right source and cross referencing that source with county records.

Good post look forward to coming back seeing more.
