Some clearly need to re-think their business model. I also happen to think that a lot of people out there don't know what goes on behind the scenes and just assume everything is status quo. For example, I work in a Century 21 office. Many seem to think C21 is stuck in the dark ages. What people fail to grasp is the EACH OFFICE IS INDEPENDANTLY OWNED AND OPERATED. In my office, I am pretty much free to run my business how I see fit, using just about whatever model I want to. Short answer: some can, some could but won’t, and some can’t.
