We'll see… the link provided to the Zillow blog is equally cryptic. Drew Meyers provides far more insight on his blog, including these teasers as the "primary features" Zillow is adding:

  • Zillow Home Q&A – Home Q&A gives anyone the ability “ask a question” or “answer a question” about any home listed on Zillow.
  • Free Profile Pages – Agents, homeowners and buyers can create free profile pages with photos, narratives and contact information.
  • Tell the Community It’s For Sale – Anyone can now indicate whether a home is for sale and at what price.
  • Unlimited Photo Posting – Anyone can now add photos to any home’s Web page.
  • Zillow EZ Ads – EZ Ads are a self-service, low-cost and geographically-targeted way for agents, other professionals and home sellers to buy ads on Zillow map pages for specific ZIP code searches.

Leave it to those crafty folks at Zillow to get the blogiverse to do their marketing…

Greg has extensive coverage here and here. Others will no doubt follow, but read these two at the Bloodhound and you'll probably be more informed than some who actually work at Zillow…

Jay-
I look forward to hearing your thoughts once the site is live again. We think we’ve taken a pretty massive step by opening up our database even further with this latest set of features.

Sounds great Drew, look forward to seeing it. And I will certainly share my opinion, good, bad, or indifferent!

Hmm, I wonder if one of the enhancements is a Zillow Haiku feature. Zillowku’s for every Zestimate.

This being a real estate blog, I think you or your readers might find http://www.housemath.us interesting.

The site allows a potential home buyer to do sophisticated financial analysis of the monetary consequences when buying a home.

Or in plain words – how much exactly and for how long do I have to pay for that house.
